Our approach is methodical throughout from the moment we are given the opportunity to prepare a quotation for you, the following steps are taken on our site visit:
- Discuss your requirements
- Work through your requirements
- Discuss our observations
- Prepare and Deliver our Offer (within 3 working days from our site visit)
Our detailed offer will include all necessary information in order for you to make an informed decision as to our suitability to meet your requirements.
From the moment we secure a contract we adopt the same meticulous approach to ensuring satisfaction in advance of commencement of contract we carry out the following:
- Appropriate staffs are allocated to the site.
- Prepare general Risk Assessment
- Site visit with our colleagues giving them full detail of tasks to be carried out.
- Appraise and train all fire safety procedures for the building.
- Prepare risk assessments for all necessary tasks.
- Prepare COSHH analysis for all chemicals to be used on site.
- Prepare documentation folder incorporating all required material.
- PAT test any new equipment being placed on site.
